🚧 Current Open Positions

1. General Manager – Planning & Construction

Are you a senior professional in civil or transport engineering? This role puts you at the center of urban infrastructure development, overseeing design, construction, and maintenance strategies to keep our projects efficient and future-ready.

  • Eligibility:
    • B.Sc (12+ years experience) or Master’s (8+ years experience) in Civil Engineering or Transport Planning.
    • Proven leadership in infrastructure or transit projects.
    • Age: Up to 50 years.

2. Contract Management Specialist

This role is ideal for legal or business professionals experienced in contracts, negotiations, and compliance. You’ll ensure our partnerships and agreements are transparent, effective, and fully aligned with laws and best practices.

  • Eligibility:
    • 16+ years of education in Law, Engineering, Economics, or Business.
    • 8+ years of experience in contract lifecycle management.
    • Bonus: Experience with International Financial Institutions (IFIs).
    • Age: Up to 50 years.

3. Assistant Surveillance Supervisor

Play a vital role in real-time monitoring of our BRT system. If you have a tech background and an eye for detail, this position gives you a front-row seat to operations and incident reporting.

  • Eligibility:
    • 16 years education in IT/Computer Science.
    • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
    • Age: Up to 30 years.
