Role Description
We are search of a competent Legal Manager to join our Karachi-based team. The selected individual will be responsible for overseeing all legal activities, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and providing expert legal advice to support the company goals and operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to all local, provincial, and federal laws.
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal legal frameworks and procedures.
- Draft, analyze, and negotiate various legal agreements and contracts.
- Offer guidance on legal and contractual matters ,ensuring clarity and compliance
Qualification and skills
- Bachelor degree or higher in law (additional certifications are an advantage).
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant legal role, preferably in the mining or natural resources industry.
- Strong problem -solving and analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is required, Knowledge of Chinese is a plus
- Exceptional communications and collaboration skill.
