The Chief Medical Physicist will play a pivotal leadership role in managing physic-related operations and ensuring radiation protection across the organization. The incumbent will oversee the implementation of institutional policies related radiation safety and compliance with national and international standards. They will manage radiotherapy treatment planning system (TPS), ensuring accurate dose calculations and optimizing treatment delivery for patients. In addition, the chief Medical Physicist will oversee the quality assurance of radiation therapy equipment, including calibration, performance monitoring, and commissioning of teletherapy units. This role requires collaborating closely with administrative teams to address operational and regulatory matters related to physics and radiation safety. The candidates will participate actively in clinical research contributing to the development and testing of advanced techniques and technologies for improved patient care. They will drive innovation in the implementation of new procedures and ensure all equipment functions effectively safely, and meets high-performance standards.
