The role involves leading sales, marketing, and business development function’s to ensure consistent, profitability and sustainable growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CCO will collaborate with all departments to align goals and maximize operational efficiency. Identifies new markets sales channels while ensuring effective strategies’ for market penetration and customer acquistion.
Chief Commercial Officer (CEO)
- Responsibilities: Formulate and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability.
- Oversee sales and distributions channels, setting KPIs to ensure peak performance.
- Build and nurture relationships with vendors and clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Ensure operations efficiency in business opportunities.
Qualification’s and skills
- Master degree in Engineering Markets, or business administration from an HEC- recognized or equivalent foreign institution.
- 15+years of professionals experience, including 7 years in leadership role, preferred in the energy sector.
- Expertise in direct sales, pricing strategies, and contract negations.
- Age: preferably under 45.
General Manager Cooperate Planning
- Responsibilities: Drive annual budgeting, Financial forecasting, and performance analysis to achieve strategic goals.
- Lead risks management’s initiatives through variance reporting and proactive solutions.
- Collaborates across functions foster innovations and operation’s efficiency.
- Asses energy market trends and policies, advising on their impacts on the business.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master degree in business administration’s, finance, or Economics from an HEC- recognized or equivalent foreign intuition.
- 14-15 years of experience including 5 years in senior roles, preferably in corporate strategy.
- Proven leadership in corporate planning, risks mitigations, and financial optimization.
- Age: Preferably under 50 years.
