Head of Accounting focuses on managing the company fund accounting operations, including financial reporting, compliance, and team leadership. This role demands expertise in financial analyses, team building, and problem- solving to maintain the accuracy and integrity of fund-related activities. This positions requires a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of operational efficiency. The individuals will oversee the preparation of reports for stakeholders, analyze financial performance and ensure the accuracy of fund data. Strong problems-solving skills, team leadership, and expertise in accounting and compliance are critical for success in this positions. The chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a strategic responsible for overseeing the company, financial health and direction. This role involves directing financial planning, managing cash flow, ensuing compliance with regulations, and providing insights that support key business decision. The CFO will be at forefront of risks managements , cost control , and optimizing financial performance to drive growth. Collaboration with senior leadership teams and the board will be essential in shaping the company long-term financial strategy.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
- Qualification: CA/CMA/ACCA or equivalent from a recognized institute.
- Experience: 8-10 years in accounting/Finance/Audit, with at least 3 years in a management’s role.
- Skills: Expertise in finance, Strategic Planning Communication, Decision-Making, Critical, thinking, Global, Compliance, Risk Management’s, and Business acumen
Head of Fund Accounting
- Qualification: CA/ICMA or equivalent from a recognized institute.
- Experience: 6-8 years in Accounting/ finance/Audit, with at least 2 years in a management’s role.
- Skills: Strong Presentation, Communication, Team Management’s, Financial Expertise Problem solving, and Global compliance.
