latest announced new Opportunity for Chief Security Officer
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Chief Security Officer (CSO) to spearhead our security operations in Punjab, Pakistan and drive excellence in safeguarding Company assets and personnel. The ideal candidates will be a retired military’s officer (major/Captain) with strong leadership skills, practical knowledge of security systems, and a proven track record in risks managements and crisis resolution
Qualification and Experience:
- Master Degree/ Bachelor Degree.
- Retired Army Officer of the rank of Major or Captain (Fighting Arms) with maximum age of 50 years and an exemplary service record.
- Minimum of 5 years of post- retirement experience of developing and implementing corporate security program and handing security operations.
- Professional training in security management, surveillance technologies, intelligence strategies and administrative processes .
Skills:
- Strong integrity and proven capability to manage sensitive and confidential data responsibly.
- Demonstrates the ability to stay calm and make critical decision under demanding and stressful conditions.
- Skilled in utilizing advanced security technologies and overseeing electronic surveillance solutions.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft word, Excel, and a range of essential software tools.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze security arrangements and propose improvements.
- Perform comprehensive security audits to detect potential weakness and formulate effective strategies for improvement.
- Implement and monitor security measure to address potential threats and incidents.
- Liaise with government agencies, local authorities and law enforcement to stay informed of any external security risks and collaborate on security matters.
- Foster strong working relationship with internal teams ensuring security.
- Lead the response to any security- related incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
