Responsibilities and Skills:
- Report to the CEO/ Board of Director
- Cultivate a creative and accountable work environment.
- Manage regulatory and operational framework impacting QESCO.
- Foster community relationship for company growth.
- Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
- CFO: MBA (finance) or related with 15 years in financial management experience. Power sector experience in a plus.
- Chief Technical advisor: Master in Electrical Engineering or power systems with 15+ years in transmission and distribution
- Chief Commercial advisor: MBA with experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Chief Supply Chain Officer: Master degree in supply chain or related field with expertise in the energy sector.
- Chief HR Officer: Master in Human Resources with 15+years in HR management, preferably in the power sector.
- Chief Legal Officer: Law degree with 15 years as a practicing lawyer specializing in corporate law.
- Chief IT officer: Master in IT or related fields with experience in IT service delivary.
- Company Secretary: Relevant qualification with 15 years of corporate governance experience.
Other Requirements
- Age limit : 55 years
- Pakistani citizen.
