Positions Overview:

The General Manager Operations will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects or refinery operations, ensuring efficient role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in refinery processes, technical services, and leadership. The selected candidates will report directly to the Managing Director contributing significantly to the organization growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience:

Educational Requirement’s:
- A Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering is mandatory.
- A Master degree in Chemical engineering or a related discipline is strongly preferred , reflecting advanced knowledge is refining processes and operations.
Professional Experience:
- A minimum of 150- years of progressive experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong emphasis on petroleum refining.
- At least a decade of managerial experience, showcasing leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage complex processes in a dynamic environment.
- Under 45 years can apply.

Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:
- Take change of all refinery operations, ensuring seamless day activities while troubleshooting issue efficiently.
- Develop and Implement operational policies that align with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
Strategic Improvements:
- Spearhead initiatives to optimize processes maximize yields, and enhance cost-efficiency.
- Identify growth opportunities within operations and excitative strategic to achieve measurable outcomes.
Safety and Maintenance:
- Promote a robust culture of workplace safety, environment responsibility, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Mentor and develop talent to build a resilient and motivated work place.
Budgeting and Turnaround Management
- Oversee budget preparation, mentor expenditures, ensure financial discipline.
- Plan and execute plant turnaround with precision and minimal downtime.
Team Collaboration and Development:
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering innovation and accountability.
- Mentor and develop talent to build a resilient and motivated workforce.
