Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
- Position Overview:
- The CFO will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial management of the company will be a key member of the executive leadership team. The role demands an individuals with exceptional strategies insight to align financial strategies with the company goals and long-term vision. The position is based in Karachi and requires close interaction with the Board of Directors and senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the board of Director to develop and Implement financial strategies in line with the company mission and objectives.
- Lead the financial, accounting, Treasury. Risk management, and Compliance, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Provide direction and oversight in the evolution of financial performance
- Act as a strategies partner to the senior management team and provide advice on key business decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with external stakeholders, including regulations, financial institution, auditors, business partners.
- Represent the company at senior levels in regulatory bodies such as MPNR, FBR and Public account Committee, ensuring effective communication and advocacy.
Qualification and Experience:
- The ideal candidates will be a member of a recognized professionals accounting body such as CA, ACMA, ACCA, or hold a Master degree in Financial from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 12 years of post qualification experience in the finance sector, with at least five years in a C-level role within a medium to large organization.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of managing large teams and driving financial innovation.
- Excellent communication skill and the ability to represent the company effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should be Up to 55 years.
