The Sindh Police Department has announced job openings for eligible candidates holding domicile in Sindh Province. Application are invited for the posts of Head Constable BPS-09 with 896 vacancies and drive police constable BPS-07 With 4,968 vacancies, making a total 5,864 positions distributed across Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Larkana, SBA, and Mirpurkhas ranges.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the position of Head Constable, candidates must have an intermediate qualification from a recognized board, be between 18-28 years of age, and meet the physical standards of 5-5 height 33 chest with 1.5 expansion for males, and 5 height for females. Additionally, candidates must clear a physical endurance test ( 1600 meters run in 8 minutes for males, 800 meters walk in 14 minutes for females.) for the position of driver Police constable, candidates must hold a Matric qualification, possess a valid motorcar driving license application (with an LTV licenses required during the probation period), and meet the same age and physical criteria.

How to Apply

Interested applicants must apply online via the STS Portal before 26th February 2025, as manual application will not be accepted. A non refundable application process, candidates must upload their Cnic (Front and back), domicile/PRC (Form-d), recent photograph, educational certificates, a valid during license (for Driver Police Constable).

Selection Process

The Selection process include a physical test, a written examination conducted by STS for those who qualify, and documents verification for shortlisted candidates, Applicants must ensure they meet all eligibility granted.
