Positions Details
- The Executive Director positions is a full-time senior role with competitive pay package equivalent to MP-(as per finance division instructions).
- Experience
- The initial contract is for 3 years, extendable for Upto 2 additionally years based on performance. The positions is based in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a PhD or Master degree in Sociology, Ethnology, Anthropology, Folklore , management science, mass communication, media studies, or related fields from an HEC-recognized university or equivalent foreign qualification. For Master degree holders, a minimum 14 years of post qualification experience in relevant field is must have , while PhD holders need minimum of 10 years, candidates must have experience in Grade 17 or above government, semi government, autonomous bodies, or equivalent roles in the private sector, with at least 5 years in senior management positions. Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Pakistan Folk heritage, Culture, and Arts preferred qualifications, and experience in Administration, Management, and Finance in reputable organizations is an added advantage. The maximum age limit is 62 years (as of the closing date for the application submission).
