✅ Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for admission, candidates must meet the following conditions:
- Must have passed Intermediate (Pre-Medical)/HSSC or equivalent (A-Level, 12th Grade) with at least 60% marks.
- Must have passed MDCAT 2024 with:
- 50% or above marks for MBBS.
- 45% or above marks for BDS.
📝 How to Apply:
- Visit the official LUMHS website and fill out the online application form.
- Upload all required documents as per instructions.
- Deposit a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 2540/- via bank voucher.
- Submit the completed application online. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

- Matriculation marks & pass certificate or O-Level transcript (IBCC certified)
- HSSC Pre-Medical or A-Level certificate (IBCC certified)
- Candidate’s CNIC/B-Form/NICOP
- CNIC of Father or Mother (in case of father’s death or divorce)
- Candidate’s Domicile and PRC
- MDCAT 2024 result card
