Manager TUG (1 Position)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or industrial Engineering.
  • A qualification in Business administration or Project management would be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 16 years of education in relevant fields is required.

Experience:

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in a managerial or technical role.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential.

Age Limit:

  • Candidates should be between 29 and 40 years.

The Manager TUG will oversee the operations of the technology upgradation Group (TUG) and drive the strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing industrial capabilities.

Assistant Manager TUG (1 Positions)

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Age Limit: Candidates must be between 25 and 32 years old.

The Assistant Manager TUG will assists the manager in carrying out day to day activities and ensuring smooth functioning within the group.

Manager/ Economist (1 Positions)

Experience:

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in economics analysis research, or project management.
  • Age Limit: Candidates should be between 20 and 40 years old.

The Manager/Economist will be responsible for conducting economics research, analysis, and providing insights to improve industrial operations and policy-making.

Associate (1 Position)

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 16 years of education in Economics development studies, or Masters in Business Development.
  • Experience: At least 1 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Age Limit: candidates should be between 23 and 30 years old.

The Associate will support the team in various research and analytical tasks related to technology upgradation and skill development.

Management Trainee (1 Positions)

  • Experience: At least 1 years of relevant experience in a similar field.
  • Age Limit: Candidates must be between 23 and 30 years old.

The Management Trainee will be trained in various departments and given exposure to the company core operations , gaining hands-on experience.
