Qualification and Experience:

• Engineering Background (Mechanical/Metallurgy) preferred.
  
• 20+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  
• Proven expertise in business development and marketing of steel or engineering products.
  
• Sound knowledge of government policies, including Fiscal, Tariff, Trade, and Industrial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovation sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue growth.
  
• Set and achieve ambitious domestics and international sales targets.
  
• Monitor and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate performance tracking and reporting.
  
• Foster a collaborative, goal-oriented culture within the sales and marketing teams.
  
• Work closely with finance, production, and logistic teams to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.
  
• Strengthen the company presence in the market and enhance brand recognition.
