Bank of Khyber is looking for a highly motivated and goal -driven professionals to join as Regional Head Recovery (Punjab). This is a great opportunity to play of one of Pakistan’s top financial institutions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- A Bachelors degree in relevant field from an HEC-recognized university or a reputable foreign institution.
- Master Degree: Will be preferred.
- A Bachelors degree in relevant field from an HEC-recognized university or a reputable foreign institution.
- Experience:
- 12 years of overall experience in banking.
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior role focused on Corporate Debt.
- Candidates with a proven ability to recover large and problematic Non-performing loan.
- 12 years of overall experience in banking.
- Age Limit:
- The age Limit will be according to the Bank HR rules.

Responsibilities:
As The Regional Head Recovery, you will be responsible for:
- Achieving recovery targets to support team success of bank.
- Implementing new strategic and improving current approaches to boost recovery and collection performance.
- Regularly evaluating recovery processes and monitoring delinquent and aged accounts to ensure timely resoultions.
- Overseeing and guidance your team to reach performance goals and maintain high levels of efficiency in debt collection.

This Position is based in Lahore, Pakistan
Compensation:
- The Bank will offer a market-competitive remuneration package, based on experience and qualifications.
Important Notes:
- If you degree is foreign university, you must provide an equivalency certificate from HEC when attending the interview.
