Paraplegic Centre Peshawar (PCP), located in Hayatabad, Peshawar, is inviting applications from dynamic healthcare professionals domiciled in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the positions of Chief Executive Officer (CFO). The selected candidates will lead the Centre in providing comprehensive physical rehabilitation services.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification and Experience
Applicants should hold a postgraduate degree in Physiotherapy Occupational therapy, Prosthetics and Orthotics , or Orthopedics and spine surgery from a recognized university. They should have at least 10 years experience in the relevant field, including five years in BPS-20 or an equivalent positions in a government or autonomous rehabilitation organization.
Alternatively, candidates with graduate degree in Physiotherapy BSc/ DPT or equivalent) or MBBS/MD have at least 15 years of experience, including eight years in BPS-20 or an equivalent role in rehabilitation faculty, ideally with experience in spinal cord injury management.
Research Publication Requirements
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 research publication related to physical medicine and rehabilitation, published in recognized academic journals. This requirements ensure that the candidates has contributed significantly to the field of rehabilitation research.
Terms and Conditions
The CEO will be appointed for a four-year term, with emoluments and benefits equivalent to bps-20. The candidates must not be older 62 years as a February 14,2025. Disqualification can occur if the applicants has a criminal record, was precisely dismissed from public service, or provides false information or forget documents at any stage of the selection process.
