Position: Manager Business Development (Transmission and Defense products)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies for growth in transmission and defense sector.
- Lead marketing and sales initiatives to expand PMTF market share in these specialized areas.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client realtionships.
- Work closely with technical and production teams to align customer needs with PMTF capabilities.
- Participate in products development and design discussion for defense and transmission-related products.
- Oversee the preparation of bids and proposals for potentail contracts.
- Provide leadership in meeting company targets and ensuring the delivery of quality products within deadlines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with government defense agencies and privite sector companies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Be (Machinal) with a Diploma in a relevent field or an MBA in a relevant discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in a similar business development role within the defense, transmission, or a related industry.
- Age Limit: Applicants should be aged up to 50 years.
- Special Considerations: Retired Armed Forces officers holding the rank of Lt. Col. or equivalent are encouraged to apply, bringing valuable experience in defense-related projects.
