Manager (Industrial Relation)
  • Age Limit: Up to 50 years
  • Qualification and Experience:
    • MBA/MPA with a diploma or certification in Employment Laws or Industries Relations.
    • A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience is required, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
    • The candidates must possess strong expertise in HR labor laws court proceedings, legal compliance, and other statutory requirements.
  • Preferred Candidates:
    • Those with experience in the steel manufacturing industry.
    • Individuals who have worked with labor unions and have coordinated with relevant bodies such as the Directorate of Labor, EOBI (Employees old Age Benefits Institution), Social Security, and other related departments.

Assistant Manager (OD/Learning and Development/Employee Engagement)

  • Age Limit: Up to 40 years
  • Qualification and Experience:
    • MBA in HR or an equivalent qualification.
    • 3-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in organizational development, learning and development or employee engagement.
    • Applicants should have a demonstrated ability to design and Implement LD strategies and engagement programs that align with organizational goals.
