Available Positions:
- Head Pastry Chef: Lead the pastry team to craft exquisite desserts and pastries maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Sous Chef (Pastry): Assist the Head Pastry Chef in Overseeing daily operations and guiding the pastry team in producing outstanding baked goods.
- Halwai ( Traditional Sweets Specialist): Skilled in the art of Mathai and local sweets, responsible for creating traditional sweets with authenticity and precision.
- Bakery/Pastry Chef de Partie: Manage different sections specializing in bread, cakes, or Mathai production, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Confectioner: Expertise in crating high quality chocolates, candies, sugar works.
- Commis Pastry Chef: Assist in all aspects of pastry production, including banking, decorating ,and Mathai preparation.
- Baker: Specialize in the production of artisan bread, rolls, and bulk bakery items.
- Pastry Decorator: Bring creativity to life by designing and decorating pastries and cakes for an impressive final presentation.
- Mithai Helper: Provide support in the preparation, cooking and packaging of Mithai under the guidance of the Halwai.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in a professionals kitchen.
- Previous experience with well know brands such as Carrefour, Jalal sons , Green valley,
- A passion for perfection and a dedication to your craft are essential.
